This Friday night, the ARCA Menards Series and ARCA Menards Series West unite once again for the General Tire 150 at Phoenix Raceway—a showdown where top talent from both series will go head-to-head under the lights. The green flag drops at 6 p.m. MT / 8 p.m. ET, with live coverage on FS1.

Phoenix Raceway has long been a staple of West Series racing, dating back to 1977, when NASCAR Hall of Famer Cale Yarborough won the inaugural event. Over the years, legendary names like Richard Petty, Neil Bonnett, Bobby Allison, Alan Kulwicki, Bill Elliott, and Dale Earnhardt have all conquered this track. But among the most recent to find Victory Lane at Phoenix is SPS driver Tyler Reif, who took home the win here in 2023.

For Tyler Reif, Friday’s race is an opportunity to return to Victory Lane at Phoenix and build on his past success. After a strong run last fall at Bristol with the Sigma team, Reif is eager to get back behind the wheel of the #23 SPS Chevrolet SS to kick off his season and compete for another win.

“I feel good about this weekend. I’m ready to get back in the seat after a long break and show everyone what this team and I are capable of,” said Reif. “After our strong run at Bristol, where we ran towards the front all night, I’m even more motivated to bring home a trophy for this team. Winning at Phoenix in 2023 was a huge moment for me, and I know we have what it takes to do it again.”

The General Tire 150 presents a unique challenge, with a mix of ARCA national and West Series competitors battling for supremacy on the one-mile oval. Strategy, speed, and consistency will be key, and SPS with driver Tyler Reif is fully prepared to make every lap count.

Make sure to tune in to FS1 on Friday night at 6 p.m. MT / 8 p.m. ET to catch all the action as Tyler Reif and SPS Racing look to make another trip to Victory Lane at Phoenix Raceway!
